About Me
I got into fitness around 10 years ago and it was one of the best decisions I ever made.
Something clicked and I wanted to feel better about myself and to stop moaning about my clothes being too tight and feeling sluggish!
In the last 10 years I have been on a rollercoaster of highs and lows of a fitness journey. Losing weight. Exercising to excess. Burning out. Putting weight on. Not bothering to exercise. Drinking too much. Eating the wrong foods.
Now I’m 45 and over the last few years I have started to feel the effects of my body and mind changing from symptoms of menopause and I decided I wanted to make positive changes once and for all to look and feel better and brighter.
I have worked on my mindset and created new healthy habits for myself. I have changed my body shape through better choices with what I eat and drink and I haven’t looked back!
